We built BidScanner because we watched a $500M+ dealer miss government tenders week after week — not for lack of interest, but because manually scanning procurement portals every morning is a full-time job.
Our first customer, Aurora Design Group Ltd., is a western Canada dealer for bolted steel water reservoirs. They spend less than 5 minutes per week on their pipeline and have already shortlisted opportunities they would have missed.

Which procurement portals do you cover?
Currently CanadaBuys (federal) and SaskTenders (Saskatchewan). BC Bid and MERX are in active development for Q3 2026. We plan to cover all major Canadian provincial portals by end of year.
How does the AI scoring work?
Every tender is scored on four dimensions: semantic similarity (40%), keyword match (20%), location match (15%), and spec trigger match (15%). The formula is auditable — you see the breakdown for every match.
Is my company data kept private?
Yes. Your profile — keywords, industries, locations — is stored encrypted and never shared with other users or third parties. Tender data comes from public government sources.
How current is the tender data?
Tenders are ingested daily. New notices typically appear in BidScanner within 24 hours of being published on the source portal.
What happens after the beta period?
Beta users get advance notice before any billing begins. We plan a free tier and a paid Growth plan at ~$149/month. Beta users lock in a discount.
Can my whole team use it?
Multi-user teams are on the roadmap for the Growth plan. During beta the account is single-user, but you can share the weekly email digest without teammates needing accounts.
